Baked Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. instant onion flakes
    3 chicken breasts
    1 c. regular rice
    1 c. water
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    coarse pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Stir in rice, onion flakes, soup and water.
    Arrange chicken over top of mixture. Sprinkle with coarse black pepper.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until chicken is golden brown.
