Dee'S Round Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 c. beef bouillon (broth)
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. water
1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 green pepper, cut in very thin strips (may be omitted)
Preparation

Cut off all fat from meat.
Cut into strips 1/2 x 3-inches or so.
Brown meat in oil; add ginger, garlic and broth.
Bring to a boil.
Lower heat, cover pan and cook 1 hour.
Blend cornstarch with water and soy sauce; stir into pan.
Add green pepper; cook until sauce is thickened and clear.
Serves 6.
