Christmas Eve Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (12 oz.) cans frozen pineapple juice, thawed and undiluted
    2 (12 oz.) cans frozen lemonade, thawed and undiluted
    6 c. water
    juice of 1 orange
    1 (2 liter) bottle ginger ale, chilled
    1 (28 oz.) bottle tonic water, chilled
    1 (25.4 oz.) bottle champagne, chilled
    ice ring (optional)
Preparation
    Mix pineapple juice, lemonade, water and juice from the orange together
    and chill well.
    When ready to serve, add the ice ring to a large punch bowl and pour juice mixture over it. Gently stir in
    ginger ale, tonic water and champagne.
    Makes about 7 quarts.
