Georgia'S Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1 c. canned milk
    1 stick margarine
    2 Tbsp. shortening, melted
Preparation
    In a medium size bowl, add all the ingredients.
    Mix well. Beat at medium speed for approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
    Pour into ready made crust.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until when a toothpick is inserted, toothpick comes out dry.
    Brown top of pie to satisfaction. Double ingredients to make 2 pies.
    Serves 5 to 10 people.
