Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped onion
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. white vinegar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Pound
steak
with
meat mallot and cut in serving size pieces.
Roll
in
flour.
Brown
meat in skillet and place in ovenproof
casserole
dish.
Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over steak.
Put cover on dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and lower heat to 250\u00b0 and bake for another hour.
