German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes (2 lb.)
    6 bacon slices
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender.
    Drain, peel and slice into a large bowl.
    Cook bacon until crisp.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Saute onion and celery until soft.
    Stir in flour, sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar and water.
    Cook.
    Stir constantly until mixture is thick.
    Pour over potatoes and toss.
    Crumble bacon and sprinkle over top.
    Serve warm or cold.
