Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. diced onions
    1/2 c. diced celery
    5 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 to 3 c. stewed chicken, diced
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    3/4 c. diced and cooked carrots
    1/2 c. chopped mushrooms (optional)
    3/4 c. additional broth
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1 Tbsp. granulated bouillon
    pie crust
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in butter.
    Add flour, stirring until well blended.
    Slowly add 2 cups of broth, cooking until thickened and smooth.
    Season with salt and pepper, then set aside.
