Corn Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2/3 c. milk
1 c. cooked corn, sieved
3 eggs, separated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. grated cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
Preparation

Melt butter; add flour and mix to a smooth paste.
Add milk and corn; cook until thick, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat; add beaten egg yolks, salt, cheese and green pepper.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites; pour into greased baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
