Ham Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 large garlic clove, minced
    2 c. cubed, cooked ham
    1 (14 to 16 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 bay leaf
    3/4 c. long grain rice
Preparation
    Spray a large frying pan with Pam.
    Saute onions, pepper, celery and garlic.
    Add remaining ingredients (except rice).
    Bring to a boil.
    Add rice.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes or until rice is tender.
    Remove bay leaf.
    Contains 1020 mg. sodium, 230 calories, 16 g. protein, 31 g. carbohydrates, 4 g. fat and 30 mg cholesterol.
