Springtime Garden Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 tsp. horseradish
    dash of: garlic powder, salt, pepper, hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
    Combine all ingredients in bowl, mix well.
    Serve with cut fresh veggies or crackers.
