Camp Fry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    warm water
Preparation
    Mix the above ingredients.
    Add warm water to form a dough. Knead until dough is soft and not sticky.
    Cover and let stand 1 hour.
    Shape into balls with hand; pat flat to 1/4-inch thickness. Put 1/2-inch shortening in heavy skillet.
    Brown on both sides and drain on paper towels.
