Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut, drained
    1 1/2 c. celery
    1 large bell pepper
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 large onion
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Stir all ingredients together.
    Let stand at room temperature for two hours.
