Sour Cream Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice
    1 (7 oz.) can green chilies, diced
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    2 c. sour cream
    4 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook rice according to directions on package.
    To the cooked rice, add chilies, cheese and sour cream.
    Add salt and pepper. Butter casserole dish.
    Pour in rice mixture; sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
