Mom'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans peeled tomatoes
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 green peppers, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    2 cans red kidney beans, drained
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    In a large pot, brown ground beef and saute the onion and green peppers.
    Drain off the grease.
    Add the peeled tomatoes and red kidney beans; cook on low heat for about 1 hour or more.
    Put in chili powder; adjust to taste.
    For toppings, use raw onion and Cheddar cheese (shredded).
