Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. peeled and grated squash
    1 onion, cut fine
    1 c. sour cream
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 chopped mango (green pepper)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing (cornbread)
Preparation
    Melt stick of oleo and pour over dressing.
    Mix rest of ingredients and add to stuffing mixture.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Size of pan depends on how thick you want the casserole.
    I use zucchini squash.
