Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (11 oz.) can kernel corn
    1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper (you may want less)
Preparation
    Bring water, potatoes and onion to boil in large saucepan over medium-high heat.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes, stirring once or twice, until potatoes are tender.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Simmer, uncovered, 3 to 5 minutes.
    Stir constantly.
    Serves 4.
