Cabbage And Kielbasa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 medium head cabbage (6 to 8 c.), coarsely shredded
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 Tbsp. brown mustard
1 medium onion, sliced
1 pkg. kielbasa sausage, (1 lb.), cut in 1/2-inch slices
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In a heavy pan, combine cabbage, onion and sausage.
Cover and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes or until cabbage is done.
Stir in sour cream, mustard, salt and pepper.
Heat thoroughly and serve.
