Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 2 1/2 lb. lean beef
1/3 c. minced onion
3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. catsup
1/3 c. vinegar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
Preparation

Saute onion until tender in butter in saucepan.
Add remaining ingredients (except beef).
Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Makes 2 cups.
Cut beef into strips; brown in butter.
Add to sauce.
Simmer.
Good served on rice.
