Creole Black Eyed Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (15 oz each) black eyed peas, drained
    1 c chopped onions
    2 cans fat-free chicken broth
    1/2 pkg (7-8 oz) low-fat smoked sausage
    butter flavored cooking spray
    1 c chopped celery
    1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes
    3 1/2 c cooked brown rice
Preparation
    Spray dutch oven with butter flavored spray.
    Saute all ingredients together except rice.
    Serve over cooked rice.
