Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch bits
1/3 c. margarine
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
Preparation

Melt butterscotch bits and margarine.
Add cracker crumbs and nuts.
Press half of this mixture into bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, Eagle Brand milk, vanilla and egg.
Pour over prepared pan.
Top with rest of crumbs.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 (325\u00b0 if using glass dish) or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool to room temperature or freeze before cutting into bars.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
