Nachos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
24 corn tortilla chips
1/2 c. mild salsa
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0.
Using the largest holes on the grater, carefully grate the cheese over wax paper.
You should have about 3/4 cup.
Place the chips flat on a cookie sheet. Using a measuring spoon, spread 1/2 teaspoon salsa on each chip, then sprinkle the cheese evenly on each chip.
Cook until cheese is bubbly.
Let nachos cool for 2 minutes, then serve.
