Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c. boiling water
1 c. long grain rice, uncooked
8 to 10 chicken parts
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In a 9 x 13-inch pan, dissolve the bouillon cubes in boiling water.
Add rice.
Lay chicken parts on top of rice.
Sprinkle dry soup mix over this.
Spoon undiluted cream of mushroom soup over top. Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
Uncover and bake for 30 minutes more.
