Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cabbage, grated
2 onions
2 carrots
2 green peppers
2 c. white vinegar
2 c. water
2 c. white sugar
2 Tbsp. whole mustard seed
Preparation

Combine vinegar, sugar, water and mustard seed in saucepan and bring to a boil. Let cool and then pour over cabbage mixture. Allow to stay in refrigerator overnight, covered.
