Microwave Sauerkraut Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 can (small) sauerkraut and a little juice
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 or 2 slices wheat bread, in pieces
a little ketchup
1 egg
caraway seed (optional)

Preparation

Mix all together.
Microwave 20 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
Green beans can be added.
