Special K Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. King syrup (no substitutions, Food Lion carries this)
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. Special K cereal
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Preparation

Place sugar and syrup in large pan, bring to a boil and remove from heat immediately.
Add peanut butter and mix well.
Stir in cereal and mix until well coated.
Place this mixture in a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Melt chocolate chips and spread over the top.
Let cool and then cut and enjoy.
