Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked chicken
    1 green pepper, chopped or 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 can black olives, drained and sliced
    1 can mushroom pieces, drained
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in small amount of oil.
    Add garlic powder, mushroom soup and chicken broth and cook until heated.
    Also add mushrooms and olives.
    Line sides and bottom of baking dish with flour tortillas.
    Add cooked chicken, then pour soup mixture over chicken.
    Spoon Ro-Tel tomatoes over top and cover with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until center of casserole is bubbly and cheese is melted.
    This is also good with 2 pounds lean hamburger instead of chicken.
