Chicken Teriyaki - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken parts
1 (8 oz.) can chunk pineapple in juice
1 chopped clove garlic
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Arrange chicken in square dish with meatier portions toward the edge of the dish.
Mix remaining ingredients; stir well. Pour over chicken.
Cover with wax paper.
Cook at High 14 to 16 minutes.
Let stand covered for 5 minutes.
