Swiss Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. grated onion
    1 c. sour cream
    4 c. drained green beans, French style
    1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    grated Swiss cheese, to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter, stir in flour, salt, pepper, sugar, and onion. Add sour cream.
    Cook until thickened.
    Fold in beans and heat thoroughly.
    Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
    Grate Swiss cheese and sprinkle over beans (to your taste).
    Combine crumbs with melted butter, sprinkle over cheese.
    Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
