Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced cooked potatoes
    1 c. sliced celery
    3 hard-cooked eggs, cut up
    1/2 c. finely cut onion
    1/4 c. sliced radishes
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 1/2 to 2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    lettuce
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
    Cover and refrigerate several hours so flavors can blend.
    Serve on crisp lettuce. Makes 6 servings.
