Baked Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Beat egg white until forms peaks. Mix flour with sugar.
    Fold all ingredients into egg white.
    Pour over pecans and stir until the pecans are completely coated.
    Bake on large cookie sheet lined with brown paper that has been greased on both sides.
    Bake 30 minutes at 250\u00b0.
    Lift up immediately from the brown paper with a spatula.
    Cool completely and store in tight container.
