Rosemary Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes (red)
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1 medium clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. each: coarsely cracked black pepper and seasoned salt
    generous 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Have jelly roll pan ready.
    Cut each potato into 8 wedges and set aside.
    Peel garlic and cut in 4 slices.
    Put garlic in a 1 cup glass measuring cup with oil and cook in microwave on High until hot (45 to 55 seconds).
    Remove and discard garlic.
    Add pepper and salt to oil.
    Crush rosemary between fingers and add to oil.
    Stir and add to potatoes and toss.
    Transfer potatoes and any loose oil from bowl to pan. Spread potatoes so not touching.
    Bake until tender, about 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
    Yield: 6 servings.
