Fish Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. salt pork
    1 onion, diced
    3 c. potatoes, diced
    2 lb. fish fillets (red snapper or cod)
    1 (1 lb.) can creamed corn
    2 oz. butter
    1 pt. half and half
    parsley
    1/4 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Use 6-quart pan.
    Cut pork into 1/4-inch cubes.
    Brown in pan. Add onion, potatoes and water to cover potatoes.
    When potatoes come to a boil, add fish (salt and peppered).
    Cook 2 to 3 minutes on low heat.
    Turn fish and cook 3 more minutes.
    Remove fish and flake.
    Add corn, half and half, butter, flaked fish, parsley and thyme.
    Simmer slowly and bring almost to boil.
    Do not stir too much.
