Oven Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1 c. oleo
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
8 qt. popped corn
Preparation

Combine sugar, oleo, syrup and salt and bring to boil.
Cook 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add soda.
Pour over popcorn.
Mix well.
Scatter on large shallow pans.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring frequently.
