Cheese Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. water
    2 c. grits
    1 (6 oz.) roll garlic cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) roll Nippy cheese
    4 eggs
    2 sticks butter
Preparation
    Add grits to boiling salted water. When done, add remaining ingredients. If fluffier grits are desired separate eggs and beat egg whites. Put in 3-quart casserole dish; bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Serves 12.
