Pecan Haystacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 or 3 c. pecans (small or cut large in half)
Preparation
    Beat egg white until very stiff.
    Add vanilla and sugar.
    Mix well.
    Add pecans; coat well.
    Drop by small spoonfuls on baking sheet.
    Bake at 200\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Turn oven off.
    Do not remove cookies until oven is very cool.
