Holiday Cookie Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. all-purpose flour
3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 Tbsp. salt
2 c. shortening
Preparation

In large bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients.
Cut in shortening until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
Store in canister; store at room temperature for up to 6 weeks.
(For longer storage, place in freezer.)
Makes 23 cups.
