Crispy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. unsweetened cereal, crushed to 1 3/4 c.
    1 egg
    1 c. low-fat milk
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 lb. chicken, cut up and skinned
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Measure the crushed cereal into a shallow dish or pan.
    Set it aside.
    In a small bowl, beat the egg and milk slightly with a fork.
    Add the flour, salt and pepper; mix until smooth.
    Dip the chicken pieces in the mixture.
    Roll the pieces in the crushed cereal.
    Place the pieces in a single layer in a greased or foil-lined shallow baking pan.
    Drizzle the melted butter over the chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until the chicken is tender.
    Don't cover the pan or turn the chicken while baking.
