Ski Slope Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    2 cans kidney beans
    1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 qt. water
    1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    2 bay leaves
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. diced potatoes
Preparation
    Brown and drain sausage.
    Combine all other ingredients, except potatoes. Simmer for 1 hour.
    Add potatoes and cook until potatoes are done, about 20 minutes. Take out bay leaves and mash.
