Ham-Cheese-Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. light cream (20%)
2 c. cooked potatoes
1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked ham or pork
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In medium saucepan, heat cheese and cream, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
Remove from heat.
Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Cover and bake 45 minutes.
