Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 8 lb. potatoes
    1/2 to 1 pt. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. mustard
    3/4 c. sugar or less
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. can evaporated milk
    1 to 2 Tbsp. celery seed
    1/4 to 1/2 c. diced onion
    salt and pepper if desired
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes.
    Cook in salt water for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Drain and cool.
