Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
2 c. 10x sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. creme de menthe ice cream topping
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix together the 10x sugar, butter and ice cream topping. Spread on top of cooled brownies.
Melt the chocolate chips and butter on stove.
Pour over brownies in pan and spread smooth. Refrigerate. Cut into squares with warm knife.
