Onion Crusted Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 (2.5 oz.) can Durkee onion rings, crushed
Preparation

Place chicken between plastic wrap and flatten.
Salt and pepper.
Combine butter, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
Stir well.
Dredge chicken in butter mixture, then in crushed onion rings.
Arrange in baking dish.
Top with remaining onion.
Drizzle remaining butter over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
