Scotch Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 lb. butter
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; mix in flour on slow speed.
    Put in pan (2 x 10 x 14-inch).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Score in pan before baking.
    Sprinkle sugar on top.
