Peanut Butter Creams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/3 c. peanut butter
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    salted nuts to taste
Preparation
    Beat 1 egg, beat in 1/3 cup peanut butter.
    Stir in salt, vanilla, butter and confectioners sugar.
    Mix well.
    Stir in another cup of confectioners sugar.
    Shape into small balls and roll each ball in 3/4 cup of chopped, salted nuts.
