Spanish Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. oil
1 small onion
1/2 green pepper
1 lb. hamburg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. catsup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 c. cooked rice
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Saute the onion and green pepper in the oil until soft.
Add ground beef and seasonings, stirring until brown.
Stir in cooked rice, tomatoes, catsup and Worcestershire sauce.
Mix thoroughly. Put in casserole dish.
Top with Velveeta cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
