Polish Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. finely grated raw potatoes (about 3 large)
    2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Drain liquid from potatoes.
    Add eggs, salt and flour; mix well with wooden spoon.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls into 2 quarts boiling, salted water.
