1 large chopped onion
2 minced garlic cloves
1 1/2 c. canned crushed tomatoes
3 oz. of uncooked broad noodles (3 oz. = 1 1/2 c.)
1 tsp. oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. each of salt and pepper
1/2 c. shredded low fat cheddar cheese
