Italian Style Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Remove large outer leaves of cauliflower; break cauliflower into flowerets.
    Arrange in a steaming rack.
    Place over boiling water.
    Cover and steam 5 to 8 minutes to desired tenderness. Transfer to a serving bowl, keep warm.
