Nut Chocolate Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 Tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 sq. chocolate, melted
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1/2 c. sour cream or buttermilk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Cream shortening, sugar and egg.
Melt chocolate with buttermilk.
Add to blended ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients.
Drop on cookie sheet by teaspoonful.
