Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. butter, room temperature
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    4 Tbsp. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 mashed bananas
Preparation
    Cream
    butter
    and
    sugar;
    add
    remaining ingredients. Cook at 350\u00b0.
    For
    2 dozen cupcakes, cook for 25 minutes; 8 x 13-inch pan, cook
    for
    45\tminutes; 1 loaf and 1 muffin, cook for 30 minutes.
    Check with a toothpick for doneness.
